How does this happen? I would guess the same way DUMBS have been found on bases. Trafficking of humans, drugs, weapons would not happen without a complicit government.

Cease paying for “gender affirming” surgeries at taxpayer expense while our military can’t get timely mental health and physical care. In my opinion, this is elective surgery.
