The Franklin Police Department said Camilo Hurtado Campos, 63, allegedly recorded himself raping unconscious boys between the ages of 9 and 17 over the course of 20 years.

He likely did this for quite a while and had someone covering up for him. Nobody records themselves committing a crime, especially one like this, unless they have very good reasons to believe they will not be held accountable
