CA bill could have judge's consider race of criminal before sentencing

Bill 852, which passed the California House in May, would require judges to take race into account when they are considering the sentencing of a convicted criminal.

And yet, I have been called a white supremacist many times just because I am conservative and I fully support the US Constitution as written.
