Indiana rep Spartz (R) may have had brilliant stuff to say but I for one can never understand her. She speaks very passionately, but her accent and super speed is insane. She is the rep that was born in Ukraine. I think she is on our side, but someone needs to turn the knob on the old record player down to 33 1/3 speed.
