  • He will get fewer votes than he did in 2020.

  • He will get fewer electoral votes than he did in 2020, not picking back up any state he lost and losing somewhere he shouldn't, like North Carolina.

  • The GOP will lose the House.

  • The Senate, which should be an easy pick-up for the GOP this cycle, will become a toss-up. If it remains in Democratic hands, look for another push to eliminate the filibuster with Manchin gone. If that happens, all bets are off.

  • Democrats will go on with their prosecutions, ensuring Trump is in prison by the end of 2025.

  • The administrative state will continue unabated.

  • Democrats may get to pick replacements for Clarence Thomas and Samuel Alito.

  • With a 5-4 SCOTUS majority, leftists will redefine the meaning of every freedom you hold dear. There will be nothing holding them back.

Of course, Door Number 2 would mean nominating someone who can actually win the general ...
