This sent me down a rabbit hole.

The guy was probably trafficking.

None of the kids in the car were related to him. He said the girl in the passenger's seat was his "friend."

She was nowhere near 18.

The officer called him out on it.

This awakening of the evil done to children is going to take down the entire malevolent system. Not just DC -- this will be the entire world.
