Not accusing the big Goog of being nice or considerate, but you can't really blame them for the problems when the plant hasn't been built yet.
That's a drop in the bucket compared to the millions of gallons of water the NSA has been using daily to cool their servers for over a decade here in the States.
Please, the amount of energy one of their Data Centers requires to cool all the equipment could power a small city.
