They mean they will use money and the entire wicked system to destroy us.

When they say:

Future crises could undermine progress on the UN's Sustainable Development Goals and human rights. The people already most vulnerable will be hit hardest.

I don't know if the vulnerable people are the traffickers and those implementing the depopulation agenda.

They would be very vulnerable if Trump were to win. They'd be in front of military tribunals.
