I am posting this to make people aware of Emotion Freedom Techniques...or "tapping"...which has been used to successfully treat survivors of genocide as well as other trauma worldwide...there are many great books on this technique as well as practitioners...my favorite book to learn more is...
The EFT Manual
by Gary Craig
"In summary, it is extremely difficult to deal with sexual abuse, yet there is still hope for you to heal. If you know someone who is a victim, stand up for them and listen to what they have to say. Belief and positive support for your friend can have a significant impact on their healing journey. EFT is a beautiful way to start your healing journey."
Well it is NEVER too late to learn a beneficial technique...I think of all the soldiers suffering from PTSD that could be set free with this technique...just another successful treatment that is not fully utilized....
For all of us...that's why I have wanted to share...especially now that sexual abuse is front and center...who doesn't have some sort of pain somewhere from something or other...whether it be physical, mental or emotional...
The other thing I have enjoyed is an emotional healing protocol using about 15 essential oils...very nice...and effective...
Also the 32 homeopathic Bach Flower Remedies (I have all) are for emotional states...I have a quiz that helps you determine which remedies to use to blend a custom remedy that I have frequently utilized...also I always keep Rescue Remedy on hand...for kids and grandkids...alternative remedies are SO wonderful...
