They're simply accusing others of what they're guilty of.

The image is false, and they know it.

What would make it true is if:

a) the mother's shirt said "Planned Parenthood"

or

b) the book is the constitution (possibly the bible).

They're scared big time and this is a joke of a 'meme', dripping with hate.
