Looks photoshopped. Just done an image search on TinEye and 0 results. Using Gimp it doesnt look as clear as the pic on the right. https://files.catbox.moe/ho856j.png ..im no pro though. Just my two cents worth.

Who knows...

There seems to be a big smear job going on from every angle. Donald Trump has given him his seal of approval so thats good enough for me.
