It won't be with water this time, the cleansing will be done with fire which will consume everything.
There will be a lot of water vapour in the air after the fire, this will fall as rain, regenerative rain that will ring the faithful back to life, we will dance and sing for joy as we trample on the bones of our enemies.
All our diseases will be healed, our DNA will be purged of the trash put in there by malicious entities and then we will see the world grow from the ashes, it will spring forth very quickly into an utterly beautiful garden of glory, we will weep tears of joy to see this.
God is showing off with this and why shouldn't he? Selah.
