Lawmakers in Wisconsin have proposed changes to the state's absentee ballots that will reportedly ensure the security of the voting process, including the idea of watermarking absentee ballots.

To me this is a no-brainer. Watermarks, secret coding on ballots, special paper, certain printing companies, hand counts, one day voting, receiving a copy of your ballot ( ability to verify your votes at will), photo ID, these are safeguards.
