Most people out there, even heroes like Tim, are, to those of us with popcorn in hand, complete "normies" - even someone clued in to the world-wide child trafficking wouldn't necessarily know about a the NWO, the WEF, etc., etc. Thus, something like microchipping kids like one does with dogs can appear to have more up-sides than down sides. That being said, it doesn't take away from the win in the slightest... pretty big red-pill and many are opening their eyes to everything going on just from seeing how people or news sources they respected are dogging the movie.
