I know Trump wouldnt' say anthing that he didn't have the evidence to back it up.

I am hoping RFK Jr is the same. Right now I think he is saying this is speculation, but I really hope he already knows it isn't, and has the facts to back it up.

Case numbers are largely built on PCR tests, which are tunable via cycle thresholds. Its also a function of how many tests were done, so you would want to see what % of tests were positive.

In any case, I wouldn't conclude anything from case counts.
