Trumps current lawfare battles with SC Jack Smith are training people to understand that as President he can declassify anything and release it to whomever he wants which can include releasing things to everyone.

People are being taught that NO ONE and NO AGENCY has the authority to over ride the Presidents declass decisions.

Declass classes are now iin session. These classes will remain in session, imo, until at least January 20, 2025.
