Try 20 mule team borax when you finish hcq...an 1/8 tsp. dissolved in warm water and added to your water bottle to drink throughout the day...5 days a week...then weekend off...increase if you want to slowly...

That is the female dose...men are twice as much...it really works well...boron...and a cheap source to boot...there are books/papers online about this...
