You've got to figure there are a lot of players on the world stage that are not who we are told they are.
To me it makes sense that certain key black hat players would have already been neutralized. All of them could be taken out right now actually bc all the evidence is there to convict. But, this is the period of the great revealing so we need some of the cabal still running around. They won't be for long, imho.
