Marshals main purpose is fugitive apprehension, judicial security, and sex offender noncompliance. If he has been under "protection" from the USMS that means they have been building a case. Now they have what they need. Has Fauxi done any traveling (international) since Jan 5 when he was placed with USMS? . This is potentially big. We shall see.
