I read the cop that shot him yelled at him over a dozen times to drop his weapon before shooting him. THIS was AFTER he had killed one officer and wounded several others. Does this tell you how reluctant the police are to pull the trigger now that the press and DAs have persecuted them for upholding the law? He would have been totally justified blowing the guy's head off without saying a word!
