My sense is that he was simply very tired when recording this. The man is a dynamo. If you have been pushing yourself for hours and hours and talking and talking, then like any muscles, the articulation muscles get exhausted and flagged.
There were a few other telltale signs, in some of the words. When your articulation muscles are exhausted, there are certain sounds and sound combinations that you will automatically adjust, and your nervous system does it unconsciously, to conserve energy.
One such cluster is the i-l-m combination. The mouth has to inject extra energy to move from anywhere [l] is articulated to where [m] is articulated. Saying them together has a higher energy requirement than other combinations. There are also dialects of English where people say filem instead of film.
He seems clearly to be reading from a prepared script (despite the usual Trumpian asides) - misreading / mispronouncing overcoming as overcombing is another example.
I put it down to him being tired and pushing himself, keeping up with demands of a very busy schedule.
