At the risk of being the "actually" guy - This isn't really eugenics as autism isn't genetic. Rather, as I am sure you are aware, autism is caused by childhood vaccinations.
I think there have always been autistic people, so maybe it's epigenetic and much more common now being activated by vaccines. There has to be some kind of evolutionary advantage of having rare individuals in the tribe who can see things in completely different ways. Or maybe Aspergers and autism never should have been conflated and are distinct conditions.
