The image link you gave and others I found online put side-by side with a still taken from this video gives some interesting contrasts. Going further if you take today's still image and make it partially transparent and overlay it on top of the 2019 image, you can line up his eyes, nose and teeth exactly on the two images, but then you notice this:
The width of his face is much narrower now.
His ears wrap close to his head, barely visible from the front, whereas before both were clearly visible and stuck out more obviously
Hairline is noticeably artificially micro pigmented and closer cropped to approximate the hair coverage he used to have, but doesn't now
His hairline is higher up on forehead and more rounded than before
Skull/cranium is much narrower and pointier than before
Eyebrows are barely there
half of his goatee is missing
Skin pigment is much paler
Can we write all of this off to excessive weight loss? Some, but I don't think the bone structure can 'shrink' in both width and height, can it?
