On the fluorescent lights in Walmarts - I can't see well at all in those stores post cataract surgery (and can see fine elsewhere except low light spots) and a friend, whose wife has eye damage from lifelong Type 1 diabetes said she has the same problem. Those cheap fluorescents are horrible. I can believe they would trigger seizures too.
