inviting a coworker who is making sexual advances towards you into your home doesn't really sound like rape

We also live in a world where it can be classified as Rape retroactively if the Woman ends up regretting it all anytime down the line. Regardless of the actual Truth and elapsed timeframe.

I don’t know the truth of the matter in this particular instance. It seems though. That whenever the barest potential for possible cash payouts is on the line whenever a company is on the hook for toxic work environment or some other reason.

Stories of ex-employees being abused by either coworkers or management during their employment usually crops up.
