EXACTLY!!! I used to have a Home Depot "Angel"- i kid u not, wherever i was in the store and struggling, he would appear!
Now they no hablo, and are lazy AF-I had to get my online order that was "ready"- biggie was too out of breath and no hablo was busy trying to communicate with a Vietnamese customer-
I was told "you can go get all your items amd go"
No shit they did not even check to see if i didnt take more stuff!

Totally agree, these teens are addicted to their phones and don't pay attention to custormers at all and they are sooooo LAZY! They play hide and seek with customers, you have to chase then down in the store before they escape for their breaks. This mobile phone addiction proves how weak minded people have become. Employers have to ban the use of cell phones while at work on their dime and look after customers instead.
They lost all values a few years back when the company changed hands. I've never seen such a difference in a company.
Before you could always get a nice old guy who knew his section and could give good help and advice.
Now it's teenagers on their phones who don't know anything and don't care. It won't make it through the coming recession for sure.
