"They" park in the Disabled parking spots in shopping centers, certainly not disabled, none of the required placards... when the truly disable cannot find their parking, and speak with the store manager, the managers say "there is nothing we can do". Only if the police came by and saw it, perhaps.
No one got injured? Except the elderly gentleman who had to roll his wheelchair in 107 degree weather about 20 minutes to the store front.

I would be letting air out of all 4 tires
