"Twitter" is a pseudonym. At the time of the Q post, it was the only one that existed. It was the method by which Q got us to think in the right manner for gen 5 warfare.
I have thought for a long time that Q didn't actually want us to 'look to twitter', as in, watch twitter for The Message, but to watch what happens with (or to) twitter.
When PDJT left twitter and started Truth, that was partial confirmation. When the twitter files were released, that was another. Now, it's being called x, and that pretty much seals it in my mind.
