We've been told about humans getting MK Ultra'd and assigned various tasks, including assassinations, sex slavery, or just photographically memorizing information to pass along. It appears we're watching the latter.

We've also been told that these agents get a wide-eyed gaze when they dissociate and perform their task. We've seen Adam Schiff do this whenever he speaks to media about Trump.
