A former White House chef who went missing drowned while on a hike in New Mexico

Scheib served as White House executive chef under Bill Clinton and George W. Bush from 1994 until 2005.

He was hiking in Taos NM. A well known skiing destination. I don't recall too many lakes or bodies of water at those altitudes. But you can drown from waterboarding. Apparently these two chefs may have heard stuff or saw stuff and needed to be eliminated.
