Definitely some sort of comms. Or maybe some kind of marker, the same day Twitter changes to X. I wonder if maybe because of some NDA's or contracts if Elon maybe wasn't allowed to reveal all Twitter files and now got the green light and the Obama stuff a signal of some sorts that declass will be starting...
