I am holding shares and haven't kept up with the current proposals, is the consensus to for FOR the 2 proposals?

I voted for on both.

The first proposal is to extend the time for the merger which the assholes at the SEC keep trying to block.

The second is to extend the meeting date in case they don't get enough shares voted to extend the merger.
