The only time I ever cussed in church was when our Pastor said he was closing the church for covid. My husband shushed me, but I asked him "don't we need the church more than ever right now????" The Pastor gave some rambling explanation about how these are unsure times and he doesn't want anyone getting sick because he kept the church open. He did NOTHING for weeks. Finally my husband bought equipment so the Pastor could do his sermons to an empty church while my husband videoed it and put it on the internet. That Pastor is no longer our pastor, I am still disappointed in him for being a church of the government rather than of God. I asked my husband "Don't we have faith that God has a plan???"
