Reads like a clinical confirmation study - product efficacy improves with dosage, and patient outcomes confirm the design objects of inducing myocarditis with an effective rate of up to 81% in the target male population

Clearly (in my mind) the vaccine was designed to reduce the available military work force in the event of an attack on the country.
