I listen to spooky storm sounds every night. I am a light sleeper and rarely get good rem sleep. Any noise or even vibration will wake me. I just don’t sleep good and sleep supplements just don’t help. Most make me wake up feeling worse. I injured my back so if I don’t sleep in the right position I am miserable the next day. So I found that certain noise, and certain pillows help. I recommend Mike Lindell’s pillow. It’s the best I’ve found. And I recommend noise. I went years without ever having a dream and then the past couple years doing my routine I’ve had many nights with dreams. I may not remember them all that vividly but I am experiencing more rem sleep than I have in past years. PTSD is a biotch and if you don’t have it you don’t understand how past trauma can really effect your overall well being. You just don’t have the quality of life you dreamed about as a child. It also causes those around you to suffer. Hat tip to relaxing guru on yt. I don’t know crap about this channel other than the vids help me sleep. Hopefully he’s on our side! Wwg1wga
Thing about it is ever single person on earth experiences Trauma as a child. Remember laying in bed with the cover pulled up tight, not making a move because you were sure the shirt hanging in the closet was a monster. Childhood is filled with traumatic experiences.
I don't know about you, but I had three older brothers and one older sister. The sister was a year older.
When our parents were away, our brothers would do things like lock us out on big front porch. We had big oak trees in from yard with lots of moss. They would tell us werewolf were coming to get us, and tell us it was the "meantime". We were terrified. This was not abuse, or something unusual for anyone that had older brothers, shit this was part of childhood.

YES
I agree with you on the My Pillow. I do sleep better since I got one.
With the back pain issue, this will change your life, it did mine. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7qwFjKYlbf4
And since you say you have a PTSD problem, you are a prime candidate to fit into this back pain caused by mental issue area.
