It looks like they are putting their little performance on at a hospital or clinic that is closed down. The place is too clean, items on the shelves are stocked and not a single box is astray. No patients anywhere. I don't care how tidy you are, things get cluttered at times, stray crap laying around on counter tops.

There is one scene that was filmed outside, there are window air conditioners. Show me a hospital that has window air conditioners.
