The onlookers make me as upset as the thugs...to me they are just thugs in hiding/disguise...

Thigs will always be thugs. Everyone knows where they stand. The onlookers get me more mad. They have a chance to do what is righr, instead they rather record. They are the scourge of a community not the thugs. Dont get me wrong, i hate thugs aswell, just the worse of the two are the onlookers.

That being said, a city like nyc will crucify you if u step in. Especially if you are white.
