Maybe it meant "the russian military". It seems to me if it were possible to enforce the Q plan using our military the order would have been given when the election fraud obviously took place. Not that we dont have some good people still in the military but I think the joint chiefs are compromised. Trump would have needed to arrest the joint chiefs, and anyone who refused orders until he got down to Captain or Lieutenant level.
