Satan and his demons know for sure there is a God. It is only deluded humans that convince themselves there is no God.
Have you seen the movie Nefarious? There's a line where the psychologist is talking to the killer and asks him what he believes in. The killer, who is really a demon possessing the man, says "demons don't have beliefs - we have knowledge." He then goes on to explain exactly what you just said.
To be fair, there are witnesses claiming the cabal's attitude is "There is no God, we are God".
