I'd be very interested to see if SCOTUS would rule against them on a case relating to violating the first amendment by proxy. That would finally rest the case of who is good and who is bad -- because even if Clarence Thomas himself tried to justify why it's okay for the government to use a third party to violate the Constitution, it would confirm they're all rotten.
