Wow...you wrote a book...but what a wealth of information...you touched on so many important aspects of digestion...for the most part I knew most of this but you did remind me of some things that I could utilize being that my husband and I are in our 70's.
We have been taking a supplement to support/strengthen our liver but truthfully , even though I am in charge of his supplements, I have never discussed his bowel habits...which I need to do...
Also, one of my children is celiac so I am aware of the importance of digestive enzymes..I believe ox bile is commonly used for the bile. She also has had her gall bladder removed so I did some study on how best to navigate that situation....
Also we take multi, B complex and a whole host of othe supplements but I realize we need a good digestive enzyme...I believe my daughter uses and likes the Enzymatic Therapy Digestive Enzymes...
Your explanations and suggestions are invaluable...my husband was at one point in stage 4 kidney failure but fortunately we have reversed that...I am focusing more on the gut biome and appreciated your explanation of the ph differences in the stomach vs. the intestine...
I actually had a gall bladder "attack" and had to read up on the gall bladder, bile etc...but I realize I need more help creating more bile. I got over everything using essential oils and found that a drop of lemon oil under my tongue several times a day improves my digestive function...I do have more areas I need to study...so I thank you for this wealth of information...
I post some health/medical articles and you have given me some good info that needs to be shared...also if you ever have any good videos or articles that you would like to share please pass it along and I will post it...
Thank you for the time it took for you to share all this...you are brilliant and I love all your info...thanks...God bless you...
Well...it helped me...so there's that...
