If it were even possible to clone a fully grown individual, it would be an ignorant moron. You don't clone the learned intelligence from education and life experience into a new adult.

The people that many are calling clones are doubles / made up actors. There may even be some reconstruction surgery involved to make them look more like the original person, and almost a certainty there is hollywood level masking taking place.
