Buying clothing from thrift stores or social commerce sites does not mean your money will be going to the corpo brands like Nike. Your money goes to the seller (and a cut goes to the commerce website if you're going for online)...

That is a good alternative.
Goodwill and other thrift stores always have something in stock for everyone. And your money will not be going to those lefty brands anyway.
