There are a bunch of posts now about this and I just want to post a few pics of obummer that I found in a 2 min search for taped fingers. He does this. Golfers use tape. He’s got delicate hands. I really don’t think this is evidence of anything.

Are you aware of golfers bandage? Its used when golfing quite often.
