Every time I take IVM I get a bad herx reaction, its not good.

What is not good? IVM? Or that you are so infected you get lots of herx?

Have you tried a smaller dose and worked up to larger?

This is with just one 100mg tablet. I have a cat and 2 dogs so I am infected.
