One other note, some background on this individual. David Straight is sovereign citizen advocate and sells seminars on the subject. He claimed that you cannot be arrested following his methods. He was arrested last April for driving without license plates and a driver's license. He also sells license plates labeled under the Republic of Texas.
I've been to a seminar. He warns about the many ways you can get arrested. There's more to this story I'm sure. I've not done the process. Too many questions. Not enough surety.

Just curious what the outcome of that was, as in, did he challenge the charges in court and if so, was he successful?
I'm not sure. May have not had his court date yet.
Ohh boy...good dig, thanks!

Being arrested doesn’t mean he was wrong. Just means the cops were too stupid to understand. Cops can arrest you for anything.
I didn't state he was wrong. I was only offering some background info for others to decide.
