Over 50 NYC Democrats are pleading with Biden to declare a "state of emergency" over an "unprecedented" wave of illegal immigration.

And if Biden does invoke emergency powers there will be no comms, no movement, nothing open and troops patrolling the empty streets. AmIrite?
