It definitely seems an indictment related to Jan 6 is about to drop.

Trump was given a chance to meet with the grand jury. This usually happens before a target is indicted.

Trump's lawyers met last week with Jack Smith. Thursday I think. This is usually a last chance way to prevent an indictment.

Trump was the first to announce he was indicted in the Mar a Lago case, so he would get notice before it's fully public it seems.
