I agree with the title line of this information. The only thing I would say is the reference to corrupt DOJ and special prosecutor, could (in normal instances) be left out and the situation would still be the same.
Basically, the DOJ and special prosecutor in this instance, are corrupt but in normal situations an indictment could be had without either being corrupt.
