How big can we imagine this to be? Anyone got any mind blowing theories?

I think Q doesn't directly mention the deeper cannibal stuff directly because it would have resulted in false accusations. But he does hint at this with phrases like "It's going to be biblical," and "the truth would put many people in the hospital."
